Affordable Dental Care is Now Within Reach
Thanks to our partnership with United Way of the Plains and Delta Dental of Kansas, the Delta Dental Community Benefit Plan is now available to eligible Kansans across the state!

How It Works

  • Up to $3,000 annual coverage per family member

  • Covers diagnostic, preventive, basic, and major services at 100% at any in-network Delta Dental provider

  • Deductible is just $5 per individual / $10 per family (once per plan year)

Who Qualifies?

  • Working individuals and families with income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level

  • The head of household must be employed

  • Family members must not have access to traditional dental insurance

  • Those enrolled in government dental programs are eligible
